  • Tasting note: Light crimson with red hues, and fruit aromas of plum and cherry with dried herbs and subtle vanillin oak. A soft, medium bodied red wine showing generous plum fruit flavours, clove, nutmeg spice and vanillin oak. This wine has a fine tannin structure which supports the fleshy ripe fruit, and finishes with lingering plum and cherry flavours.
  • Food pairing: Great with beef or lamb, or perfect with roasted or grilled vegetables. Try it with slow cooked beef pot roast, bolognese sauce or braised lamb shanks with rosemary.
