This wine has a fine tannin structure which supports the fleshy ripe fruit, and finishes with lingering plum and cherry flavours.
- Food pairing: Great with beef or lamb, or perfect with roasted or grilled vegetables. Try it with slow cooked beef pot roast, bolognese sauce or braised lamb shanks with rosemary.
