Wine making: Aging took place in 225litre French oak barrels for 18 months.
Tasting notes:
Color: deep red garnet
Aroma: very complex aromas, where ripe red plums and berries interact with dried figs, dried peaches, and tobacco and sweet spices.
Palate: a sweet attack, with fresh and ripe red fruit with liquorish notes. Plenty of structure and volume. Good balance of acidity and an elegant and long finish.
